These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Image Converter Pro browser extension and any related web pages or services (collectively, the "Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the Service

You may use Image Converter Pro for personal or commercial projects, subject to applicable laws and these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Licenses and Pro features

Some features of the Service are available only to paying customers ("Pro"). Access to Pro features may be granted through a valid license key or subscription purchased via third-party payment providers such as Lemon Squeezy or Stripe.

You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential and for any activity performed using it. We reserve the right to revoke or suspend licenses in cases of abuse, fraud, or chargeback.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by third-party providers. Pricing, billing intervals, and refund policies are displayed at the point of purchase. Where applicable, refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the payment provider and any local consumer protection laws.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by the creator(s) of Image Converter Pro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not resell, redistribute, or create competing products based on the Service without permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every use case.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to the Service and Terms
